The TUFF 4×4 Bullbar is a premium, Australian-made bullbar designed for utes including dual cabs, single cabs and 4WD wagons.

Serving as our premier off-road adventure option, this bullbar offers authentic Australian craftsmanship, a distinction that goes beyond mere ‘design’ or ‘engineering.’ Notably, it is competitively priced when compared to imported alternatives.

Steel & Alloy 4×4 Bullbars

Available in both steel and alloy variants (select models for alloy), this bullbar embodies the robustness and performance TUFF is renowned for. Crafted from high-grade materials, including T4 grade alloy with a substantial 60mm tube diameter and 4mm thickness, as well as 350-grade steel in the same dimensions, it guarantees durability and strength on every terrain.

This bullbar is equipped for winch compatibility as standard, featuring additional reinforcement in the channel for enhanced durability.

Select models of TUFF 4×4 bullbars come with underbar protection plates. Additionally, our renowned double rails and steps, as well as the option of single rails, are available, all securely fastened using kenro clamps.

Add brushrails & side steps to your 4x4 bullbar

TUFF brushrails are available as single rails or double rails and will help protect your vehicle and occupants from side impacts as well as preventing scrapes in the bush. The integrated steps will also help you get in and out of four wheel drive vehicles. TUFF brushrails offer maximum strength to protect your vehicle.

The integrated side steps will also help you get in and out of four wheel drive vehicles. The extra width of TUFF side steps will not only help to protect against side impacts, but also deflect vegetation away from coming into contact with your vehicle. Our steps also have a lip to provide a better finish under the door sill while repelling dirt and mud.

You can purchase brushrails and side steps together, or side steps are also available on their own.
