TUFF offers a complete range of truck bodies from service bodies through to livestock crates.
TUFF built its first truck body in November 2017 with an 8 metre bed for the company’s Iveco Stralis. The Stralis truck body with Hiab crane is still in use six years later without any issues. In 2018 TUFF started making bullbars and bodies for the Iveco Daily 4×4 and the following year set up 14 trucks for a government client. These were a complete custom solution, designed by our engineers in conjunction with the client. The trucks had a range of accessories including bullbars, canopies, tool boxes, beacon lights, air compressors, water tanks and work lights.
More work followed from private and government clients seeking quality truck equipment to suit their needs. TUFF also began supplying the truck hire market with vehicles destined for mining or construction operations.
TUFF purchased Ultimate Bullbars in 2022 which is a specialist provider of truck bullbars with an excellent reputation. With Brisbane based Ultimate products TUFF could provide even more solutions for truck dealers and their clients.
In June 2023 TUFF moved further into the transport market with the purchase of Extreme Welding in Toowoomba. Extreme had a long-established reputation for high quality truck bodies and cattle and horse crates.
With five qualified mechanical engineers, production facilities in Toowoomba and Brisbane, in-house powder coating and fitters, TUFF can take on and complete a wide range of truck projects.
