All products manufactured by TUFF are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship, whilst in the legal possession of the original owner. TUFF products have guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

The TUFF TEAM would like to thank you for your order.

We always like to ensure that your job is perfect and delivered on time. As such a deposit of $1500 is required for a Bullbar only. The deposit is $1000 for Brushrail/steps only and $3000 for Bullbar and Brushrail/steps.

 

With your deposit, we can activate your order and start manufacturing bullbar and/or rails. To activate your order please use the Deposit Request number as the reference for all payments. As soon as the payment is received we will activate the order and you will receive an Order Confirmation.

 

*As we manufacture to order, please note that all deposits and part payments are non-refundable, and orders cannot be cancelled or changed once an Order Confirmation is produced *

*TUFF Australia will not be responsible for any costs incurred for errors and/or omissions that are not marked on the Order Confirmation and advised to us within 24 hours of Order Confirmation. Please also note that all deposits are non-refundable, and orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed by Order Confirmation *

This website is operated by TUFF Australia trading as TUFF Australia. All prices are in Australian dollars, and the TUFF Australia website will only accept payment in Australian dollars.

 

Goods purchased on the TUFF Australia internet site will only be sent to the purchaser’s postal address once payment has been received and name and address details have been verified. Verification processes may include a search on the White Pages website, or through a phone call. If verification of name and address cannot be done to TUFF Australia satisfaction, TUFF Australia will not release the goods and will instead issue a refund.

 

In the event of the purchase of goods as a gift, TUFF Australia will need verification of the recipient’s name and address as supplied on the order. The process as detailed above will apply to such purchases.

 

The Merchant name TUFF Australia will appear on your credit card statement.

Please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between refunds, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, and are different from a sample shown to you.

 

Please keep your invoice as a copy is required.

 

The above policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.

Accessories – delivery is generally within five working days after name and address confirmation has been obtained and stock is available.

 

TUFF Range products – normal lead times vary between 3-5 weeks (bullbars and brushrails in stock have shortened lead times). A confirmation order is sent to customers showing the despatch date. Please note: the despatch date is not the delivery date. Please feel free to call the TUFF team for updates on lead times.

Please note final payment will need to be received before products will be dispatched. Please note, in the unlikely event of freight damage, please DO NOT sign the consignment note. Please contact TUFF within 24 hours and we will be able to lodge a freight claim on your behalf if there has been freight damage. Any delay beyond 24 hours may result in loss of responsibility claimed by the transport company.
